Check Out the Renderings of the Proposed One-Four-Six Complex in Halfmoon
One-Four-Six Marketplace is a proposed mixed-use development to be built on 21 acres across from Lowe's at the intersection of Route 146 and Old Route 146 in Halfmoon. There would be 10 buildings total featuring 328 luxury apartments, retail stores, swimming pools, courtyards, restaurants, offices, underground parking, and more. The Halfmoon Town Board has turned it over to the town planning board for consideration according to the Albany Business Review.
