July 9th just so happens to be National No Bra Day. We would be irresponsible for not celebrating a nationally recognized holiday, so lets check out some great hand bras.

What exactly is a hand bra? It's when a woman says no to all that material, and uses just her hands to hold up her chest. It just happens to be one of our favorite kind of bras. So women everywhere will have to take part in this, as part of National No Bra Day.

So why not celebrate accordingly? They ask that women everywhere remove their bras for 24 hours to let the girls breath. No constraints, and no apologies. Why not just go shirtless? National no shirt day, females only please.
