The charge of burglary in New York State, according to Attorney Stephen Bilkis, doesn't necessarily involve theft.

Burglary is defined as the unlawful entering of someone’s property with the intent to commit a crime. The crime could be larceny. However, it could also be assault, rape, kidnapping or any other type of criminal offense. There are 3 different burglary offenses in the New York Penal Law. - Stephen Bilkis

According to a post on the New York State Police Facebook page, the burglary took place on Saturday January 27, 2024 at the Victor Waste Water Treatment Plant, Victor, NY. It is unclear as to exactly what took place on this date but the purpose here is to identify and locate these 3 individuals.
