Schenectady Landlord Fined $85k

We're not realty experts but our guess is that the value of the house at 33 Swan street in Schenectady is well below $80,000. But that didn't stop the City of Schenectady dishing out $85,000 in fines for 254 violations. Just looking at the photos from Google maps you can see what looks like rotted wood painted over, holes in the ceiling of the second floor balcony, and not sure whats under the newish siding. Looks like Schenectady if finally cracking down on slumlords. Where will Hollywood find a run down city now?
