Upstate New York Man Arrested, Accused Of Swinging An Axe At Neighbor?
They say "good fences make good neighbors". In other words, you stay on your side of the fence and I will stay on mine and we will get along just fine. Certainly this doesn't apply to each community and, hopefully, you enjoy the passing conversation and safety of being friendly with those that live on your street.
There is one Upstate New York community that experienced something that you might see in a horror film when one neighbor was allegedly swinging a pickaxe at another neighbor.
On Saturday May 13, 2023, according to New York State Police, an incident took place at a multi-resident dwelling in Saratoga that ended with one individual arrested and several in the neighborhood scared.

The suspect took off before Troopers arrived.
